Location!!! This unit was right by the Burj Khalifa it was magical. Spending the evening on the balcony looking at the Burj is a feeling I can't explain. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants it was perfect The unit is beautifully decorated. Arslan was very helpful keeping our luggage in the unit earlier than the check in time and also after the check out time - free of charge. Will definitely stay again

The apartment's balcony offers a truly exceptional view, a definite highlight. Its proximity to key attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall makes it incredibly convenient. Even though it's centrally located, the area benefits from well-planned road infrastructure, resulting in surprisingly low traffic impact
