Checking In: Jony was accomodating and friendly. The person behind the desk, friendly but was kind of being a jerk. Giving me the key card, I confirmed if it was a smoking room. He said it wasnt. Reminded him I requested it when I was making the booking. He said I didnt. I repeatedly told him I did. Kept on gaslighting me. For context, when making the booking, the app would ask bed preferences and room. And before confirming, there is a summary of those preferences. Eventually he conceded and gave me a smoking room. Room: I understand the existence of restobars in the hotel and that it can really get noisy. Of course, I dont want to complain when people are enjoying the evening so it makes more sense to focus on soundproofing the room better. But really, the revelry wasnt much of a bother (compared to my noisy housemates) and I was able to get some sleep. Wifi: Saw the low ratings for the wifi and thought to myself, well maybe they have fixed it already. Turns out, the ratings were corrrect. Experienced intermittent wifi connection. Had to switch back and forth the two networks and praying one will connect. Cleanliness: I am not expecting brand new furniture or even something that feels instagrammable, but the hotel can be more clean and more tidy even if it has seen many occupants. I've seen cobwebs around the corners. The shower door can use a little more WD40 so that it could slide more easily. Housekeeping can improve on their bed making skills. Room Amenities: I didnt bother to ask for more. Breakfast Buffet: Note: I did not take the with bfast option so I just paid on the spot. Not a 'wow' spread but for the price, it's fair. Plus, the staff were nice there so I guess thats ok. Checking Out: They gave me few extra minutes after 12nn. Thats always a nice gesture. Yet, its the same guy again who was stationed at the front desk. This time, he kept on insisting I partook on the big water bottles that were charged at 3aed.

The breakfast was excellent, they made my usual eggs on time and the waiters were so nice. Imran made sure I have my breakfast packed since I had a morning flight.that was soo thoughtful. They offered me a rose on my birthday.

The hotel is well organised, the room is very clean and the interior looks amazing the lighting are on point, and the staffs one of a kind very helpful most especially the staffs at the reception they made my stay feel welcomed

When we arrived at the hotel at around 7am in the morning, we were dealt with by Pawan. He was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out, including information regarding a taxi back to the airport. He is very efficient and instils confidence in guests. All the staff we met at the hotel were very nice. Our room cleaner was very polite and helpful. This hotel is in a fabulous location near to the main metro hub of Union and many shops and restaurants.
