I loved a everything about my stay from the room, breakfast and the staff, they are all kind. I would like to thank the employee at the reception, Salman from India. He was very kind and gave me a room close to the swimming pool because I cannot walk far, Thank you so much. I will visit again.

I really appreciated the staff—they were very accommodating and approachable. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile and patiently explained the reason behind the long waiting time. While I understand that the delay may not have been their fault, I do feel that since we checked in late, we should have been offered a late check-out as a form of compensation
