Room service staff were great, breakfast staff were fantastic and the kids club staff were fantastic. I made a note of all the staff that were exceptional, i do this with all my stays. Tara, Judy, Oso, Chatumi, Phoo, Muzamil, thayef, Qarim, Roy, Sereni. All the staff on the ground floor restaurant Kalaya were super freindly - thank yiu fir the great experience we will come back next year!
