First good point that it’s the best location, beach is 10-15 months away, metro is 15 months away, marina is 5 min away. There are grocery markets and take away places couple of minutes away. The apartment has everything you need ie cooking facilities and washing machine. There is a good clean swimming pool with sun loungers and modern gym.

The place is nice, well furnished and very convinient despite of the size. The building has a very nice pool and GYM. Location offers all sort of shops around, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Transportation from and to is easy. Metro is just 10 min walk away.
