Staff are all superb, particularly Amina in reception, Sanjay and Abdul at breakfast, Saadi in housekeeping. Hotel is very clean throughout. Location is very convenient with direct access to Dubai Mall where there are so many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Also direct access to the Metro

State of the art facilities with incredibly friendly staff. The pool, restaurant and room were absolutely top! The central prime location makes it very easy to access all amenities in Dubai. Note the direct bridge connection to Dubai Mall.

Staff were amazing and so helpful...loved the pool area and the rooms were fab. Loved having a balcony too. Breakfast excellent too. Very close to Dibai Mall and all the restaurants too so great location.
