Overall everything is great. The staff is helpful. The food is delicious. The service is fast. The location is convenient. They accommodated me and offered to leave the hotel not at 12, but at 13:30 due to the late flight, which was very valuable.

The service and support from all the personnel was overwhelming! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with luxury amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The breakfast at executive lounge offered a delicious variety of dishes, with attentive service and a cozy & relaxing ambiance. Location-wise, the hotel was perfect—close to major attractions, Mall of the Emirates shopping center, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, our stay at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
