The hotel was 10/10 and should be a 6-star hotel! The staff, food, and decor can not be faulted . I have to say the breakfast was the best to date in Dubai.

After submitting the complaint, Mr. Mina intervened in the matter and resolved it on the second day with professionalism and understanding. Thank you, Mr. Mina, for your kind treatment and understanding of the matter. Thank you to the lobby lounge staff, and thank you to the breakfast restaurant staff for the unlimited variety of the restaurant and eating one dish more delicious than the other. This is the first time I have seen this huge variety of food in five-star hotels. Despite the beauty and elegance of the hotel with all its lobby services, there is something that needs to be improved, which is training the reception staff from the time a person arrives at the valet parking service to the security guards at the outdoor pool. If it weren't for the intervention of the responsible employee, Mr. Mina, who addressed the bad situations that I encountered, I would have left the hotel due to the poor treatment of the guest, which is the reason that must be focused on to win the customer.
