Location is perfect, super clean hotel and reliable experience every time, including the beautiful elevator ride with a spectacular morning view of Dubai). Had a room on the 34th floor so no noise issues whatsoever despite the very central location. Great staff, know you by name when you walk for breakfast. Wide choice of dining options for all budgets with great views on the museum of the future. Too bad there aren’t rooms with views on the museum too.

I had an amazing stay and want to highlight the following aspects: - very friendly, polite and competent staff of the hotel - I felt well taken care of and when I had requests they were always fulfilled perfectly - Great and tasty breakfast in the morning - The room was excellent, perfectly clean, modern and with a great view of Dubai Skyling - Valet parking outside was also very polite and helpful - Great location too, the hotel is very close to Dubai Mall
