- Guest including children staying at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel are required to present valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a Passport or a GCC/UAE National ID card- Kosher meals are not included in the room packages, to enjoy delightful kosher meals please book directly at the restaurant The Kosher Place- A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

We had an exceptional family stay and truly enjoyed every moment at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us. Check-in was smooth, and our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the big pool, open until 10 PM, our 3-year-old had the best time! It gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy some quality family time. The Club Lounge access was a highlight, and we want to give a special thank you to Armando, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel at home. Dinner at Nomad Restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented, and the team there was friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for the thoughtful surprise cakes for my mom’s birthday and our wedding anniversary—they truly made our stay even more special! Such a kind gesture meant so much to us. Breakfast the next morning was amazing: fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to our day. Thank you, Jumeirah Creekside team, for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

A 5 star hotel in the city that doesn't miss any amenities. Great breakfast, large luxurious rooms, 2 pools and a great sports offer leaves nothing to be desired for the business traveler as well as for families. An extremely attractive price makes the hotel a must The most important sights of Old and New Dubai are within easy reach.

The only thing we really enjoyed was the tremendous service from Rifana, an absolute standout, always friendly, remembered complex coffee orders the highlight of our day. Your rooms are also extremely generous.
