- Guest including children staying at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel are required to present valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a Passport or a GCC/UAE National ID card- Kosher meals are not included in the room packages, to enjoy delightful kosher meals please book directly at the restaurant The Kosher Place- A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The hotel has exquisite facilities. The bedroom was big and had good ambiance. Switches and furniture were modern and beautiful. had great lighting. The food was beautiful and they keep changing the breakfast and lunch buffet everyday to avoid monotony of food. Swimming and spa facilities are beyond outstanding. The staff are most humble and helpful at all times like helping get a taxi, helping with cleaning the room, directions and etc. Used their meeting rooms and the facility was well catered for and projector and etc were all great. I would gladly recommend anyone to stay here 1000%.

Exceptional stay – highly recommended The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to the airport and only an 8-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which made getting around the city very easy. The breakfast was truly outstanding, far beyond expectations. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. The room was impressively large — very spacious and exceptionally clean. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
