Very opulent. You cannot fail to be impressed by the grandeur of the building and the level of staffing. Room sizes are very generous and the views are amazing. The breakfast spread was incredible. There are plenty of staff around to guide you and they work very hard to make you feel at home. The buggy service from the hotel to surrounding hotels and restaurants is incredible. Free access to wild wadi is included

Everything was absolutely amazing and better than expected! We truly had a special experience and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is stunning. Service is outstanding! Whole hotel is perfectly clean and smells so good! Breakfast is so delicious and honestly I never slept in such a comfortable beds before. Our children got a special treatment and we were all very happy to stay here. Thanks to whole team, and thank you for the gift to our anniversary celebration. We truly appreciate it! Certainly coming back one day in the future.
