Excellent room and facilities. All staff very helpful, but the 'Butler' on level 13 was exceptional (Tomas) he explained everything to us and helped with anything we needed. He was very friendly and showed us around the whole complex. Easy access to Souk via free shuttle, very wide breakfast choices and it was an excellent standard.

The staff from start to finish were amazing and they even upgraded us to the panoramic suite as it was our 25th anniversary. The room was really big and had a great view of the sea on one side and the city on the other. It was really nicely decorated and was equipped really well. The Hermes bathroom toiletries was a brilliant touch. We had food in our rooms for 2 nights due to coming back late from our tours. This was really nice and food was all freshly made. The breakfast was exceptional and everything seemed such high quality. The saying that this is a 7 star hotel is very true.

Definitely better quality than what you pay for. All the staff are friendly and will help with any problems you may have. For example, I had a headache and asked if they had any headache medicine, and they brought it to me. This hotel definitely has everything for the comfort of its guests. The pool is beautiful, the views from the rooms are great, and the location is unmatched. There are plenty of restaurants. The souvenirs are also great!

My stay at the Burj Al Arab was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the service was beyond exceptional — every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness. The suite itself was stunning, with world-class facilities that made my experience feel nothing short of magical. A very special thank you to the incredible butlers, Abhinav and Sydney, who went above and beyond to make my 24th birthday one of the most memorable occasions of my life. They surprised me with the most beautiful birthday setup, which truly touched my heart and made me feel so celebrated. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference during my stay. The breakfast, the location, and the attention to detail in every aspect were impeccable. This wasn’t just a stay: it was a dream come true. I can’t wait to return to this 7-star experience again!
