The hotel property delivered a good and comfortable stay, with positive guest sentiment and particularly enthusiastic room votes. Room service was commendable, thanks to the attentive service from Aman and Mohin. The primary strengths were overall comfort and the favorable reactions from guests.

I had an amazing stay once again at Jumeirah Beach Hotel it truly never disappoints. This time was extra special as we celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the thoughtful touches to the warm hospitality, everything made us feel so cared for and created beautiful memories for my family. However, I did notice that the valet service wasn’t quite the same standard as in my previous two visits. In the past, Gurpeet, Krishna, and Firdois set the bar incredibly high they were always on point, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism really stood out and made every arrival and departure smooth and stress free. Overall though, Jumeirah Beach Hotel continues to be one of my favorite places to stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
