Great location, lovely facilities such as kids play area, kids pool, wild wadi waterpark, etc and spacious rooms. The buffet breakfast was adequate and good.

My husband booked JBH for my 30th birthday! We had a great ocean view of the Burj al Arab and a huge bedroom with sofa bed and cot for our children! Amenities were luxurious and the staff were very helpful in making up the children’s beds at short notice, it was great having access to 3 - 4 pools and being able to catch a buggy around the area and to the neighbouring mina salaam and wild wadi water park (having free access to this with the kids was also a huge bonus)

We had a truly wonderful stay! The suite was beautiful and spacious, with stunning views from both the terrace and the room. Breakfast was excellent, and we especially appreciated the club benefits, including access to the lounge and the executive pool. The service was exceptional—especially Mr. Javed on the beach, who was always kind and helpful. Room service was also perfect—thank you to Nobi and Atik! This was our second stay, and we were once again extremely satisfied. We will definitely be coming back soon!
