I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind and professional. I especially want to highlight the lovely receptionist, Ms. Su — she was always welcoming, helpful, and had such a pleasant attitude that made us feel right at home. There was also a housekeeping staff member on night duty (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name), who was very attentive and quick to assist us with items that weren’t yet in the room, like slippers and toiletries. Their service truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the great hospitality — I’ll definitely recommend this place to others!

The housekeeping team, including the room boys and the executive head of department, maintained the rooms exceptionally well. Everything was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, making my stay truly pleasant.

The bed linens and towels are impeccable—clean, white, and new. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is very good, the restaurant amd reception is comfortable to seat and have a drink ! The hotel has an excellent location. The staff is extremely good and makes people feel at home. I recommend them 100%.
