The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorise an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorisation will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorised amount will be released by the hotel after departure.Extra roll away beds are available in the suites for an additional charge of AED 150 per night.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is absolutely perfect for families – the atmosphere is welcoming, the rooms are spacious and clean, the service is top-notch, and the swimming pool is one of the best we’ve experienced. Everything was exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff were consistently helpful and polite. What truly made our stay extraordinary was the warm and professional care of Ms. Walaa Ahmed. From the moment we checked in, she made us feel at home. Her attention to detail, kind attitude, and commitment to guest comfort were beyond expectations. Ms. Walaa went out of her way to assist us throughout our stay. Her kindness left a lasting impression on our entire family. We sincerely hope that Hilton management recognizes her exceptional work – she is a rare gem and a true ambassador of Hilton’s hospitality standards. Thank you, Ms. Walaa Ahmed. I recently stayed at the Hilton on the Palm and honestly, I was blown away. The hotel itself is beautiful, and everything from the service to the food was top-tier. There are so many great restaurants right at the hotel — we tried Mowsem, Trader Vic’s, The Claw BBQ, and a Japanese bar on the rooftop with the most incredible view of the Palm. The vibe and food at each place were completely different but equally amazing. The service all around was excellent — definitely 10/10. One person who stood out was Mari from housekeeping. She was super friendly and kept our room spotless every day. You can really tell she cares about what she does. The room itself was really comfortable and had an amazing view of the sea. Waking up to that view every morning was something else. The bathroom was very clean too — everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The pool area was great — big, clean, with plenty of space to relax. There’s also a pool bar where you can get food and drinks and just charge it to your room, which made things really easy. The beach was a big highlight for me. The white sand, comfy sun loungers, and warm sea made it hard to leave. The water is super salty but in a good way — it actually makes you feel super refreshed. All the little things here just made the whole stay so relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Hotel is lovely, great decor, staff were very good outside and inside. Special mentions for Samir, Mary, Akash, Umar, Adnan, Abinav. The staff were excellent. We went half board which was very good, All sorts of buffet options available from English to European, Gluten Free etc etc. Food options in the evening were great too but you will have to pay for drinks which be mindful is a little expensive so stick to the water which is free. Pool area great and you get towel tokens. Location is next to beach and handy for the Palm and if you plan on visiting the aquarium or water events at the Atlantis. The monorail is a 5-7min walk away. On the way to the mono rail are supermarkets and restaurants in the Golden Mile. Taxis are available outside the hotel which we predominantly used to get to Burj, Dubai Mall, Frame, Museams etc. if you want a little cheaper you can use “Careem” which is there version of Uber. WhatsApp calls don’t work without a VPN. So make sure you get a download before you go. Beware of stalls offering you a free trip, event. They are trying to sell you a property. If it’s too good to be true, it usually is. They are in the Airport, Monorail Stations and Malls. For bargain hunters for souvenirs and Dubai Chocolate, head to the Souks. You pay half price compared to malls and hotels etc. There is a hyper market in the Dubai mall car park which is reasonably priced. Along the beach side walk at back of hotel is a good walk with kids at night. There is a fountain they can play in. Just dress them in their swim suits. I would recommend this hotel highly.
