The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorise an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorisation will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorised amount will be released by the hotel after departure.Extra roll away beds are available in the suites for an additional charge of AED 150 per night.

We came here for our honeymoon, and since our flight landed early, we requested an early check-in. We would like to thank the Front Office Manager, Mr. Mehmet Kılıç, for allowing us to check into our room early. We are especially grateful to him for everything else as well. Unfortunately, we fell ill during our stay, and he took great care of us. He resolved all our issues within the hotel and made us feel like we were at home rather than in a foreign place. Knowing that he was always there for us and could help with even the smallest problem gave us great peace of mind. Because of this sense of trust, we would definitely choose this hotel again. We would also like to thank Mr. Abdullah, who welcomed us at the door and showed great attention and care throughout our stay.
