The fine print
Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking.To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorize an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorization will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorized amount will be released by the hotel after departure .Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room only rate. But not exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room type booked. Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board bookings are only inclusive of meals for paying adults, children under 5.99 years eat for free from the children’s menu when accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6 to 12 enjoy a 50% discount on Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffet at an additional charge.The hotel will be closed for renovations from June 16 - September 1, 2025. Enhancements include upgrades to guest rooms, the lobby, restaurants, lobby bar, main pool, and gardens. McGettigan’s JBR will remain open with direct street access. We look forward to welcoming you back to a refreshed experience in September 2025.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. ZEENA upgraded my room and gave us EARLY CHECK inn felt loved and welcomed well done to the staff i was coming from another hotel and had been treated so badly but these guys made my stay in DUBAI MEMORABLE every staff member is always smilling wow wow hospitality at its best who ever trains these staff members deserves a raise , so well mannered and always JOVIAL are the staff members was given a comprimentary cocktail which made our stay memorable beach is clean and the pool is super clean THANK YOU HILTON JUMEIRAH

I’ve been coming in Hilton for the last eight years every year and the stuff are friendly, welcoming make you feel comfortable. One of the main reason I like coming back is the same stuff. For myself and my family is not comfortable if you come in every year and you see different stuff.

All the staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. Habiba the receptionist simply outstanding customer service and because of her I stayed longer. She went out of her way to make my stay perfect. Ultimate ambassador for Hilton. The cleaning staff also friendly and helpful. Rooms really clean. Pillows and bed really comfortable. The.life guard at the beach brilliant. The pool staff lovely. Whole experience perfect can't fault it.
