I had a wonderful experience staying at Grand Marino Hotel during our visits from April 5 to 6 and again from April 11 to 12. My friend and I truly enjoyed both stays, and everything consistently met our expectations. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a very relaxing place to stay. What stood out the most, however, was the excellent service provided by the staff. We would especially like to commend Sanju at the reception for being very welcoming, polite, and efficient during check-in and throughout our stay. Rahim from housekeeping also did an outstanding job our room was always spotless, and he was very attentive to our needs. Their professionalism and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable, and we truly felt well taken care of. It’s always a pleasure to stay somewhere that values great customer service. We would definitely recommend Grand Marino Hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The receptionist, Sanjay, was professional and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the positive attitude of the security staff, especially Bhoj Bahadur, who was always smiling. Overall, a pleasant experience, though some additional attention to cleaning would further improve the stay.
