Grand Hyatt Hotel is a very beautiful hotel, decoration, interior garden, spa and gym area and interior pool, exceptional. Friendly staff and always happy to help. Very big rooms, very comfortable with all possible amenities. Very good breakfast with options of different food from around thw world, fruits, coffees, and teas. The outside area, pools, waterpark, very nice for kids and adults.

The room was amazing, bathroom, view, atmosphere, cleanliness, staff at the hotel, choice of food, the staff in the cafe bit where they serve the nicest ice cream and amazing looking cakes. The guys out front that manage the cars with such excellence and keep it all flowing and organised. The scenery and grounds. It was all fabulous.

One of the most wonderful hotels I've visited in Dubai, The lobby and gardens are well-organized, clean, and attentive, The reception staff are professional and welcoming. The Indian restaurant is excellent, and the food is delicious. The cleanliness is excellent, as are the chefs and staff. The staff are excellent and welcoming. The Asian restaurant is excellent. The cleanliness, organization, and hospitality are excellent. All the breakfast buffet restaurants are excellent, and the staff are welcoming and smiling. Upon our arrival, Miss Jackie at the reception warmly welcomed us and assisted us right away. She helped us secure a lovely room and even had a thoughtful fruit platter sent to us. On the morning of our departure, Chef Rock and his team truly went above and beyond by surprising us with a sumptuous breakfast and a beautifully presented cake delivered right to our table.
