We stayed at this hotel for 12 nights. The check-in process was smooth. However, the room felt a bit old and slightly dirty with some damage on the wall and the curtain could not be closed properly. At the time of booking, I mentioned that the stay was for a special surprise and also contacted the hotel to request a small decoration. The hotel informed us that they could provide a complimentary cake however it was never delivered even after we reminded the staff. During our stay, we had to extend the booking several times due to the current situation in the UAE. Each extend time we were asked to present our passport or ID even though our documents had already been registered at check-in. This made the extension process somewhat inconvenient. For our second booking we had reserved two rooms for 4 adults and 1 kid. When extending our stay I informed the receptionist that 3 adults and 1 child would check in at that moment and that the 1 adult (accompany) would arrive later in the evening. However, we were only allowed to check into one room and were told that the second room key would be provided only after the fourth guest (accompany) arrived. This was surprising This procedure felt unusual. After some discussion the manager assisted and provided us with the key to the second room.. While some staff members were not particularly welcoming, we would like to acknowledge ms. Vanessa and Mr.Ibrahim who were consistently polite, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.

Upon my return to this hotel, I was, as before, received with exceptional courtesy at the reception. I extend particular gratitude to the manager and receptionists, Elsa and Vijay, whose warm and welcoming demeanor was most appreciated. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. As noted during my previous stay, the staff consistently demonstrates a readiness to accommodate guests' needs, which is why this hotel remains my preferred choice when visiting Dubai.
