The fine print
Please note that for all prepaid bookings, original credit card used should be presented upon check-in where charge has been made. Interconnecting rooms are subject to availability. Guests are required to show a physical ID or passport and credit card upon check-in. Visitors are not Allowed. A damage deposit of AED 300 for Superior, Deluxe, Premier rooms and AED 500 for Suites is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

I like everything especially the staff kindness and support Tabitha went all out to make my wife birthday memorable. Hope was also very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time in Dubai and 1st time at this hotel and I will not stay in any other hotel other than the Golden Sands anytime I visit.

Had an exceptional time at the hotel, the staff were amazing, very attentive, they sang me happy birthday as soon as they saw me at the reception on my birthday. In my room there was a small birthday desert and balloons which gave that perfect touch. I will definitely visit again and would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Sands Hotel. From the beginning, we were welcomed by a super friendly receptionist (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name). During the rest of our stay, Tabitha was especially helpful and incredibly kind. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back because of the excellent service, delicious food, and great location.
