Staff super friendly s except for one guy who greeted us when coming from the airport. We arrived at 4 am and wrongly booked the hotel for 3pm. We had a kid with us and the guy was not helpful at all. We understand that there were no room available at the time but he did help to find a solution at all. I mean no human side to him at all
