The apartment was stunning and spacious and very clean. The views were amazing and from every room. We loved everything about it. We would definitely 100 percent recommend it. The Marina is my favourite place and you come straight onto it. Location could not be better. The hosts Frank Porter were excellent.

We stayed 2 nights. Very clean. Great location. Was missing a WhatsApp number to communicate. The only pb was very high floor 46. It took time to reach with many stops on the way.

We had a fantastic holiday with our friends, staying in the apartment from February 13th, 2025, for a week. The administrator was very helpful, sending us detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment and how to access the property. They responded promptly to our emails, which made everything run smoothly. The location of the apartment is ideal—it’s just a short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself offers amazing views of the Gulf and the Ain Dubai Observation Wheel, which we really enjoyed. The apartment is fully equipped, making our stay very comfortable. It was especially convenient for two couples, as it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others seeking accommodation in the area. We absolutely love Dubai and are already looking forward to our next visit!

First, The apartment is in great location,opposite Dubai Marina Mall, apartament in excellent condition, absolutely clean, this is the case when, look better in reality than in the photos, situated at the 46-th floor, absolutely superb view to the Marina channel, The host is responsible, responded promt to the messages, easy communication, everything was great Thank you a lot, next time definitely return back.
