It is the staff that makes any hotel welcoming. My stay was full of surprises as I never expected to get a five star feeling. The breakfast I would say is excellent. You can always ask for your choice of eggs or omelettes or if lucky even get an avocado! The Reception is very efficient with warm service by Janel , in my opinion she is a star! March too is very helpful. Marlon is the hero of the hotel- very professional but amazing in his willingness to assist. Vijit in housekeeping made my bed in 111, so well and the room was spotless! The bed and bedsheets are very comfortable! The breakfast team of Noel, Paul, Moeh, Dioh and Jabayer from the kitchen were beyond perfect! If you like doing laps, get to the pool very early when not quiet as ideal for laps..
