The community strictly prohibits any laundry being placed on the apartment balconies and
storing of garbage bags outside the apartment doors.Payment 2-4 days before arrival via bank transfer can also be accepted. A beautiful and spacious apartment in what I consider to be one of the best areas in Dubai, City Walk. The apartment has everything you would need as amenities. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and helped out when we had a slight issue with the apartment. Special thanks to Abdul Rehman and Bernard Fernandes. Both are top guys and judging by other reviews, genuine and caring for the guests.

We stayed here while our AC was getting cleaned and it was perfect for a family as there was plenty of space for the kids whilst still being comfortable for adults. The pool is nice and shaded in the afternoon and the location is ideal next to all the amenities at City Walk (without being exposed to any of the noise). Staff were friendly and helpful. We were concerned about the deposit we needed to put down for damages (understandable as being close to the arena, it might likely attracts big groups) but all was reimbursed swiftly. The apartment also included a push chair, high chair, bunk beds so would be great for tourists visiting Dubai with young kids.
