Self catering ,shared kitchen ,didn't use as I ate out .Quite , each room had residents , and mine was holiday let. Safe area 10 minute walk to Dubai Marina , Tram service excellent .Used it to get to train station , allowed access to Attractions in Dubai ,Burg Kahlif ,Museum of the future , Dubai Mall . Views from this flat were amazing , watched the Sun set , Views from living room great as well.This room has its own toilet/ shower didnt to share with anyone .

Room 2 and room 3 connected with 1 air conditioner it’s so bizarre ! No chair in the room but only 1 table ! No words … but for price cost cheaper I guess that’s what you getting ?

It is near to Marina Dubai and The Palm Jumeirah, the view is nice there up...they let us to let the lugagge after chek out.
