I booked this hotel for my parents to stay in. They absolutely loved it! They could not fault it. The staff were amazing. I was greeted with a whats app message from Murjana who was sp lovely to work with. She assured me that she will look after my parents from their arrival to their departure. Murjana was even kind enough to message me to let me know when my parents arrived and when they left safely. She even reached out a few days after leaving the hotel to see if they arrived safely back home. The staff care so much about you. The hotel is in the best location ever ! Amazing. Thank you again.

The location is amazing and apartment well kept, and the host Murjana was waiting for us and went out of her way to make us comfortable and bring us items we were missing. will definitely visit again..

very beautiful and renovated unit, it’s bright and has everything u need including a smart tv and room service. location also couldn’t be better as it’s right above dubai mall. I’d highly recommend staying there as the host was friendly and the stay was better than a hotel stay
