I stayed on my birthday and I found a lovely personalised card, a cake and balloons in the room, such a lovely touch. The food and the facilities were absolutely amazing!

My stay at Dukes The Palm was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and ensure maximum comfort. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was top-notch – elegant and relaxing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave the hotel earlier than planned, but they handled the refund for the unused nights promptly and professionally, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
