This is a beautifully presented apartment. Centrally located, easy walking distance to many local attractions, restaurants & shopping mall. Value for money. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfectly fine for a family size. They have designated parking space for the apartment which is very convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

The location was absolutely brilliant, it was at walking distance from JBR beach and metro. The apartment was furnished with proper care, everything of requirement was there, we were there only for 1 night and loved the cozy, homely feeling the place gave. Never met the lady, Nataliya managing the property but she was always available over phone and messages, arranged the safari tour and city tour for us with an economical cost. It is not your typical hotel but if you are looking for a place which feels like yours during your Dubai stay, this is one strong contender.

Lovely studio apartment type accommodation with everything you need to cook, do laundry etc! It was quite clean and nicely furnished. Convenient location to malls, restaurants, waterfront walks, food etc. Quiet & superbly comfy stay! Will be back again for sure :) Thank you for a restful stay.

Communication with Host was smooth Location was THE only thing that enticed us to book this property - 10min MAX walk to Metro, Beach, Tram With family and kids - this is an ideal location
