Love the staff. Shout out to Sara, Sweta, Flavio, Alvina, Manoj, Taha who made me and my family feel like we had a home away from home. We had the half-board deal which proved to be an amazing deal for a family of four. Breakfast is impeccable. Dinner...lovely which some nights are dedicated to a particular food/region with a buffet which is very tasty. Swimming pool is great. Great well sized and equipped gym. There is also a health spa/massage. It was a delightful stay as my first in Dubai. The position of the hotel is close to the Burg and Dubai mall and is really easy to catch transport/cab. Special thanks to Grace the front desk manager for her hospitality and generosity. Highly highly recommended place to stay. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good size room with a big glass wall through which we could see Burj Khalifa. Staff were very helpful, courteous and smiling.

Beautiful hotel, my toddler and I had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were amazing, very clean and modern. Our room was so spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and an amazing variety. Such a great experience! Thank you again, will definitely be back!
