From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable service. The hotel’s design is breathtaking — elegant, modern, and effortlessly stylish — but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Sam, Farik, and Beatrice, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They made me feel not just like a guest, but like a VIP. My room was beautifully designed with stunning views of the Dubai skyline, offering a peaceful and luxurious retreat. The comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches were exceptional. Dining at Delano was also a highlight — the food was exquisite, the ambiance refined, and the service flawless. Delano Dubai is a true sanctuary of luxury and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Dubai — and I can’t wait to return!

One of the best experiences in Dubai. Lady in Tuto passo (blond hair) was super helpful, we had great dinner. Manager who said goodbye to us at the reception, was super sweet as well. Overall staff experience was amazing. Suite has amazing views, worth paying a bit more. Room service was quick and tasty too.
