Stayed here recently and loved it. The apartment was clean and surprisingly spacious, which made it feel really comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is really convenient. Overall, a great spot, and I would happily stay here again.

Pls notice that under this ad there are few apartments offered. The location is fairly good. It is quite quiet, although our apartment 1406 was facing Sheraton hotel which is lower than al bateen residence so you can hear constant hum of aircon but it is manageable. Building is a bit old already, but it is ok. Swimming pool was ok - the water nice although it got shaded by nearby new building. Beach is also very nice.
