I liked how attentive the housekeeping staff were to my requests and since we checked in during my sister's birthday, really appreciated the birthday greeting from them. The location is also very accessible, its near the mall and a couple of restaurants, which is a huge bonus for us.

I recently stayed at the Copthorne Hotel and would like to share a special note of appreciation for Danah at the reception. Danah was truly outstanding throughout my stay. She is always smiling, extremely professional, and consistently went above and beyond to assist guests. Her welcoming attitude and willingness to help made a big difference, and I really felt the positive impact of her presence at the front desk. The hotel is conveniently located near a mosque, a shopping center, and a metro station. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the pool is large, there are plenty of sun loungers, and the staff is friendly. Thank you to the reception staff and a special thank you to Payam for their prompt check-in process.
