The location of the place is great. We could admire Burj Khalifa from our 40th floor balcony or one of the 2 pools on the 3rd floor. 24/7 supermarket across the street. Dubai mall in walkable distance. During our stay the fountains were closed for maintenance, but one could easily watch the fountain show from the balcony.

Big apartment with complete facilities and various amenities, prime location, 24 hrs supermarket nearby, best restaurant nearby, incredible views of Burj Khalifa, skyscraper, and Dubai Fountain

The apartment is very cosy and with an exceptional view from the balcony to both Burj Khalifa and the Fountains. It is also very clean. It is located on almost the top floor, therefore you wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the Dubai Downtown area. The location is just a five minute walk from the Dubai Mall and Fountains. The instructions how to meet with a apartment representative were very clear, we have meet in front of the lobby. They were also very nice and helpfull.

The view was excelent, right across Burj Kalifa. The appartment had all the ammneties necessary for day to day usage.
