During my stay at CityMax, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. The staff were not only kind and accommodating but also carried themselves with genuine respect and professionalism. The hotel’s location is another highlight… strategically placed so you can easily move around the city, and what I enjoyed the most is that the mall is just across the street, which made everything so convenient. The security team also deserves mention; they made me feel safe, cared for, and completely at peace throughout my stay. On top of that, the housekeeping service was excellent, keeping everything consistently clean and tidy. CityMax left me with such a positive impression that I would gladly return and recommend it without hesitation.
