Everything Especially Ms. Leonela , great customer service,she's cute and she smiles all the times,her higher assistance had met my expectations. I'm not sure if she's a FDA or FDS, i wish the managment could promote her 🍬🙏 She deserves 🥇 The room is so clean,corridor,bathroom as well Colorful and well designed hotel rooms,stylish,all services are available around the hotel area,very close the the airport , about 15 min by car.

The staff and hotel cleaning ✓The asian lady with yellow hair in reception with blue uniform, i don't know her name , she's so amazing,polite,she focuses on guest details, quick professional answers. ✓The night shift , jay was so patient and polite. ✓The asian guy in day shift was helpful and quick. ✓The security in general are wonderful, smily & cooperative all of them *Reception team: 10/10. ✓Hotel cleaniness 10/10,lobby,corridors,lifts,hotel entrance,reception,rooms,bathrooms,i wanna thank the HK team for doing such an extraordinary efforts,i'm pretty sure they have a great manager,even guests requests responded in a quick manner. * have only 2 points to mention: ✓Try to set hotel lobby music,(like Jazz.. )this helps a lot,it plays a great role,it keeps the lobby motivation unsilent and active. ✓Try to change the TVs to smart one,this'll be a very good.
