Location is great, it is right front of the station. I do not drive and too much for me to deal with driver everyday. And people who works there, everybody was very friendly no matter what time. Special thanks to Madala, Robert, Andrew, Jessy, Ramadan, Angellah making my stay extra great. Will definitely go back and stay for the next time as well :)) As I am Japanese, I have high expectation but this place is 10/10, have washing machine(maybe depends on the room) as well so I will do recommend this place for sure :) This hotel itself is not too big, not too small so short time to wait for elevator too!

Very convenient location, close to metro station. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, Rachel and April at Brambles cafe are great, always smiling and attentive.

The hotel was amazingly situated only 30 meters from the metro entrance. Although we booked a double room it was upgraded to an apartment for free. The apartment was very spacious with a large bedroom, a sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen. There was also a small room closet with a safe, an iron and an ironing board. Everything was very clean and the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Special thanks to Foday, Angelene, Sunjay and Madara! The breakfast, which was served on a menu not a buffet was super!! There were 6 options to choose from (plain, English, sweet - pancakes, arabian, indian) and went with coffee of your preference, 2 cold sides and juice. Amazing! Rachel and Jerry were always smiling and attentive to provide the best service! On my daughter's birthday they arranged a mini surprise with a small cake and the song! A special thanks to them, too! Our visit to Soluna beach club was very nice as well and we really enjoyed it! Value for money!

My apartment was on 4th floor, was well furnished even included was drinking water, tea sugar etc. Lots of towels and the bed was comfortable. I went to the Gym and to the floor where the swiming pool was located, although small it was but fully functional. There were supermarkets around that were open till late. Make sure you shop groceries before you go to the apartment to use the kitchen facility in full.
