It's a real 5 stars experience. As soon as you step in from the concierge to receptionists and all staff were warmly welcoming us super polite and excellent customer service. I was amazed with all the artefacts and decorations at the lobby. The room was amazing with all amenities and the bathroom with a bathtub view into the room. Location on the water canal is the main attraction where you can walk and enjoy the view which is accessible from the hotel restaurants. You'll love to click photos in every spot there. The breakfast buffet with live cooking of eggs at your choice and big variety of intercontinental, Arabic and Asian selection. The price was very reasonable against the great experience we got. The best part of course, is the pool with the beautiful sun beds on the water, music and on a great spot there was a swing for taking photos. I can't explain or express enough it's highly recommended.

the location in centre of Dubai,,,acceable to everything in Dubai the facilities over their are very good and the location of the swimming pool toward the canal is so beautiful.

After searching for other five-star hotels in the same price range, I can honestly say that none compare to the excellence of Canal Central. This realization led me and my children to decide to return to your hotel for future stays. This time, I won’t single out any specific staff members, not because I don’t remember names, but because the entire team at Canal Central operates at an extraordinary level of professionalism and care. It’s evident that your management carefully selects each employee, ensuring consistency in quality rather than relying on a few standout individuals. That said, there were indeed some truly exceptional people who made our stay even more memorable. As I write this on the sixth night of my stay, I feel a pang of sadness at the thought of leaving.
