Building located on the main street of JBR, with access to a private beach.Fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, very spacious balcony. The apartment is very spacious, clean, with a view of the garden. Very good communication with Rustam, who responded to messages very quickly and found a solution to the problem.

Everything was just about perfect, only issue I had was with the A/C. It was very frustrating trying rectify. Host did not answer phone & ended up with a junior texting me. After 3 days someone came, but I had to actually go back to the apartment to explain the exact issue & then stay until problem was solved. This annoyed me very much, but there were so many plus points, so I'm not give inferior rating.

Excellent location just in between Hilton and Rixos. Appartment is clean and comfortable. Balcony is good. I was arriving at night, my apartment was ready with the keys inside lock box. Portier at the building basement give a hint how to get it. Own beach and swimming pool just below. Mustafa, was contacting me by WhatApp and welcome me in appartment describing all I need to know. Well, basically, all perfect/

Apartment was perfect (clean, comfortable) and the building is well equiped with gym and “private” beach. Everything was perfect!
