When we arrived we were stopped by security. We spent 30 minutes waiting for the rep to sort out the issue. The rep was not present. The rep was not aware the main reception was being refurbed either. The oven didn’t work and hob overheated quickly making using frustration. 1 water heater for the bathroom gave up after 5 days. The rep offered to send maintenance however I don’t think the problems were an easy fix in my opinion. The location was fab looking down the marina and the apartment is a good size and well appointed. The balcony is a good size too. Well located next to bridge to allow easy access to JBR

First the manager Mr.Sarabjeet who was very accomdative and attentive whenever we raised for any request. The location was great and apartment was clean and perfect for a family.
