The hotel stuff was truly exceptional, starting right from the reception who readily assisted us with an issue we had with our luggage. The restaurant employees and the chef were always smiling and welcoming. The gentleman at the tour services was very helpful and the shuttle bus driver (Sebastian)as well. Finally the lobby ambassador (Faruk) who was always willing and smiling, ready to assist us. We truly thank him!!!!!

I liked the fast smooth check-in and check-out, the paking staff were active , the breakfast was good so far, the room was wide and comfortable

The location is excellent, just 15 mins far from Burj Khalifa, the staff was very welcoming, special thanks to Ms. Chandris for fast registration. The room and the balcony was so spacious.
