Our stay at the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai was exceptional. We were particularly impressed by the world-class service provided throughout the property. We would like to highlight Mr. Jyothish from bell service, who was extremely courteous and attentive. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs and personally ensured that we got a taxi on time. His professional and helpful manner made a lasting positive impression on our stay. A top-tier hotel with truly outstanding service.

Our stay was fantastic! The rooms were big, comfortable, and spotless: the cleaning service was absolutely impeccable. Having access to the water park made our trip even more enjoyable, especially for the kids. We also ate at the buffet and highly recommend it: great variety and delicious food. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay here again

Everything was exceptional about the stay. The staff make the experience brilliant, they were so helpful in every aspect. The hotel itself was out of this world, clean, comfortable and luxurious.
