The staff were courteous and very accommodating with regards to helping with information about the city and activities one can undertake in the city. The property is located near good restaurants and convenience stores. The bus station and metro station are within very short distances from the property.

Spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Lovely staff. My daughter lost her bag in the taxi, the manger Mr Turab went out his way to help. Top class service.

The hotel is about 50 meters from to a mid-sized supermarket and about 100 meters from the Gold Souk metro station (Red Line), so buying groceries and getting around town was quite easy.
