Please note that for all bookings staying over the night of December 31, 2025, compulsory New Year Gala Dinner charges of AED 1,500 per adult and AED 750 per child (6-11) will be applied. New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy (applicable for all bookings staying over December 31, 2025):Hotel requires 100% non-refundable deposit for the entire stay (including the compulsory Gala Dinner charges.) Deposit is to be collected 30 days prior to the arrival. Guests between the ages of 0 to 11 are considered to be child at this property. The Guest at the age of 12 or above will be considered as an adult and will be subject to adult pricing.No Refund for Early Departures.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We spent one night at the hotel. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Ahmed at the reception for his great welcome and profisional service. Also, thanks to the catering team at the restaurant during our breakfast, they were very organised and welcoming.

Breakfast was -again- amazing! All waiters extremely attentive and friendly. The food with abundant options and allways high quality. Very nice touch: the chef (Marcel?) was on the floor every day and asked the guests if they were happy with the food and service.

Everything! The staff were very friendly, we managed to get an early check-in and a late check-out. It was the perfect way to recover from jet-lag and to see some of the iconic buildings in Dubai as well as relaxing by the pool.
