Please note that for all bookings staying over the night of December 31, 2025, compulsory New Year Gala Dinner charges of AED 1,500 per adult and AED 750 per child (6-11) will be applied. New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy (applicable for all bookings staying over December 31, 2025):Hotel requires 100% non-refundable deposit for the entire stay (including the compulsory Gala Dinner charges.) Deposit is to be collected 30 days prior to the arrival. Guests between the ages of 0 to 11 are considered to be child at this property. The Guest at the age of 12 or above will be considered as an adult and will be subject to adult pricing.No Refund for Early Departures.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The staff and service were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everyone was trustworthy and offered genuinely good advice, from Omar, who managed transport, to Saif, who shared excellent sightseeing tips, and Ramadan and other team members at reception, restaurant, pool and room service.

Location is great, facilities are top notch but most important is the hotel staff who are extremely professional and helpful lead by Mostafa and Keane in the reception.
