Charming heritage hotel in the old area of Dubai with modern amenities. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is spread out over several buildings in the souk area. There is a 24/7 buggy service to transport guests between buildings (i.e room to breakfast, etc). Breakfast restaurant was amazing. Overall we loved the experience.

Customer Service is great (Alice). The followup after check-in to make sure everything is fine, is really awesome. The area is nice and lively with plenty of restaurants and coffee places to choose from.
