Please note that all non-guaranteed reservation will be cancelled by 18:00 HRS.Please note that hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice if the guests credit card cannot be pre-authorized/pre blocked. The credit card used to make the booking is required to present upon arrival. In the event of early departure, the amount will subsequently be refunded on the Debit / Credit Card used for payment within 14 working days.For refundable bookings, pre-authorization for the first night will be done 2 weeks prior to arrival. The Room was very clean and neat, the staff is very good. All the things related to hotel includes staff, room, washroom, everything is excellent.

My room was just great, newly renovated, very comfortable. I liked it much more than all the hotels in this district. The staff was polite & supportive. The hotel is very closed to all the services & Metro Station.

Room was generally clean especially the toilet and bathroom. However, the carpet has some marks which can become an eyesore. All in all, the room is value for the money paid. The location is good for those interested in activities in old Dubai.
