The hotel and the staff were wonderful, especially TAWANDA he gave us the most beautiful room with the best view and arranged a lovely surprise for my daughter’s . I would also like to give special thanks to an Egyptian man whose name I don’t know he was on duty during the evening and was very helpful and a true gentleman . I really liked the modern, inviting interior design and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. Their friendly and professional attitude truly stood out. The cleanliness of the entire property, especially the rooms, was impeccable. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities I could possibly need. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, particularly with the July heat in Dubai. The gym is definitely worth mentioning—well-equipped for all your workout needs and offering a breathtaking view that made exercising even more enjoyable. The view of the Dubai Creek was also a highlight. It’s not only visually stunning, but also culturally and historically significant to the city. The Creek has shaped Dubai and its people, influencing everything from its early stages to the city's current position on the global stage. Lastly, the hotel offered fantastic value for money. It provided a 5-star experience without the sky-high price tag that often comes with it.
