The view from the room was stunning. I was delighted that they offered to change the room I'd previously booked on Booking. They offered me a more convenient and comfortable room for the same price.

Abdulkarim and Abbas in the reception were very helpful. The staff outside carrying the luggage were great. Shireen helped us get tickets and guided us. Overall, great experience.

The burj kahlifa view from the secret garden and our room balcony although we did not book a fountain view room but it was still visible from the balcony. The skills The staff was courteous enough to give us an anniversary cake and chocolates. Its a stone throw away from the dubai mall and kidzania and of course to the burj kahlifa.
