Just back from an 11 night stay here & was not disappointed. The hotel is in a good location on West Beach & is an aparthotel of spacious modern apartments with excellent facilities. The staff, from reception,house keeping,lifeguards & especially in the restaurant can’t do enough for you & are a credit to the hotel.Nothing was ever too much trouble & we even received a box of chocolates on our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is incredible, right next to the beach, the private beach access is amazing, perfect to watch sunset. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff were so so lovely! The rooms were lovely decor, felt really nice and spacious.

The hotel is on the west beach of the palm, excellent location for proximity to the beach and for pick up/drop offs for taxis. The breakfast choice was abundant. The gym is on the smaller side and so is the pool but there were plenty of spaces when we were there. Staff and cleanliness spot on. It’s a small hotel compared to some others you can find on the Palm, so no fancy restaurants on top (but there is 24/7 room service), which we preferred as not too keen on big hotels, and “influencer style” hotel.

Location was fantastic, apartment was really well equipped, staff were excellent and price was amazing value compared to everywhere else in the area.
