Very modern apartment that is perfectly located in Dubai's downtown district. In walking distance to Dubai Mall and the Metro with several nice restaurants around. The facilities were very clean and the management of the apartment as well as the staff in the house always friendly and helpful. We traveled with two kids and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the spacious apartment.

It’s really a doorstep away from burj khalifa, it’s a 2 minute walk away. From the pool we had an amazing view & for the price it’s a big bonus. The big bedroom had plenty of space and the apartment had 2 balconies. We were really surprised by all the facilities. Loved it! Service was amazing, we were contacted many times and were able to contact the person in charge at any time, he was always responding quickly.
