The most attentive communication from the host coupled with a wonderfully refurbished apartment made for a first class experience on the Palm. Location close to restaurants and immediate beach access together with cardio and free weight gym covered all our needs. Thanks for everything. Would recommend and return without hesitation.

The place which we will visit again Location: just perfect. Just a few steps from beach and see with sunbeds and umbrellas available for residents and guest. You need to bring towels to get everything free or use paid service. Beach not overcrowded and see is marvelous. Swimming pool with children are also available. Supermarket is on the other side of road, 3 minutes walk away - you just need to go between building 18 and 19. If you decided to use google, yandex or other navigation app be ready for 15 minutes unguided tour. There is nice restaurant also but we didn’t used it. Premises: clean and modern Apartments 100% corresponds to description and photos. Please be aware that windows are on the road and it can be bit noisy. For some people it is important. Not for us. Door opening app is easy to use and comfortable. Once you have access you can share it with your family. Kitchen is good, equipment is enough. We got few Coffe capsules as complement. It was very good after road. I liked bad a lot. Very comfortable. This is very important for me. I slept very well. There 3 bathrooms plus guest toilet and it really great when you want to take shower after beach. There are a lot of wardrobe. No problems to put all your staff. I would prefer to have more electric outlets but it is minor issue. Internet fast and stable. Host: the main advantage of this accommodation Diana is a great host, proactive and gentle. We have read reviews before booking and everything about Diana is true. The was claim that no toaster at kitchen. There is toaster already. So all reviews read and actions follow. That is make difference! Me and my family already booked new stay in this vocation. It seems to me that is best recommendation from person who had visited over 40 countries and seen thousands of various accommodations.

Our recent family trip to Dubai was made truly unforgettable thanks to our stay at this fantastic apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the effortless check-in process and the easy access to parking and baggage drop-off, which made settling in with our kid an absolute breeze. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. Each room was meticulously clean, and the modern decor added a touch of luxury to our vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen and generous living area allowed us to feel right at home. One of the standout features of this stay was the outstanding responsiveness of our hosts. They were always just a message away, ensuring that any questions or needs were promptly addressed. Their hospitality was truly top-notch. The location of the apartment offered easy access to the beach and pools and Dubai’s key attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our family holiday. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable family-friendly accommodation in Dubai! We will definitely book this place again for our next visit.

Excellent. The host were so helpful and also gave us late checkout. They made our stay very comfortable with being available on WhatsApp whenever I had any queries.
