The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were traveling with a service dog. We also reported an issue with a gap under the door that was allowing cold air in. They had it fixed the same day. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again when back in the area. 😊

Breakfast was great, pancake machine was out of batter awaiting delivery. Great selection of other breakfast items avaliable. Coffee was plentiful and hot. Room was decently sized for 5 people. Small issue with not enough power plugs and missing light switch, power bar was provided on the second day without us asking (which was very appreciated) and light switch was fixed. Dove products in the bathroom was incredibly appreciated (have sensitive skin/eczema regular soap can burn) They replaced the bar of handsoap with a new box on the second day which was odd.(kinda wasteful?) Incredible service, front desk always greated us with a smile when we came in.

Stacy at the front desk was a great help, when the room i got was sitting at 10°C with a heating unit that didn't work, and worked to put me in a comparable room, that was at 2°C, that had a working heater. Although it was very hard to regulate the temperature in the room. The kitchenette was nice, although an ice cube tray for the freezer would have been a bonus. The room was spotless and well kept, and evening worked as it should.

Clean room. Lots of pillows, nice pancakes and yogurt for breakfast whip cream too!
