Once we worked out how to use the complicated heating controller, ( of which there was no instructions) it was a pleasant warm house. It was spacious, and even though there was an issue with entering the property when we arrived (blackout had messed up the electronic code so it would not accept it) she was very pleasant and organised the cleaner to drop off a real key.
